Promote Your Page Too A lot of requests for pulling advice has come in recently, so a dedicated page has been created called Panzer Performance. In order to fit everything, the site was rearranged with sub sites. If you mouse over the Panzer Information button at the top of the page, you'll see the sub-sites that were moved or created. Please let me know if you have any difficulty using the site, or if there is something else you would like to see. Update: Note that I've been working on a T102 style Panzer, and have it pulling pretty well in the 1000lb modified class. I didn't think that was possible, but I applied some simple tricks to get it to balance and run up the track straight. 6 hooks in 2 classes (1000lb and 1250lb) were needed to get it running right. It could use some more power than the well used 12hp Kohler can provide - maybe next season. I call it "Thermal Event." See the videos on YouTube! updated 12/03/2011 OLD PANZER WEB SITES LOST! That's why we collect them. It is said the Panzers find us - not the other way around. Some stories are funny, some long, some short. Most are not finished yet! Tell us your story. A formal club is extremely time consuming and expensive to operate, and we do not feel we were providing enough return on your membership fee investment. As a result, we discontinued member dues and the quarterly newsletter. We sincerely appreciate the emails and encouragement, so our inactivity as a formal club is not a reflection of interest in Panzer tractors. The good news is that we've used the balance of club funds to continue the panzertractors.com domain name and web site, and we will continue to provide information and advice. The web site name is being migrated to PanzerTractors.com from the Panzer Tractor Owners Club. This is consistent with the domain name of the site, and should help with any confusion about paying club dues. We'd like to thank all the people who have served as club officers and board members over the years. We feel we've fulfilled the original club mission beyond anyone's expectations, yet there is a lot more we can do. Based on feedback from a recent web-based survey, we may be adding a way to donate on-line to help offset the costs of the web site. Thank You! Try www.gttalk.com They are looking for Panzers to add to their garden tractor registry. 11/19/10 After working with our site provider, I discovered a bug in the way bookmarked links work. If I delete an ad from the classifieds section and you have a direct link to it, you can continue to visit the 'old' page. This has caused some confusion on at least two occasions where visitors were trying to have their ad removed. They did not offer a solution to the bookmark bug, so it may continue to happen. I apologize for any problems this may have caused you. The best way to access the classifieds section is by navigating directly from www.panzertractors.com. The original funding for this web site was made possible by the dues from the Panzer Tractor Owner's Club. We put the funds in escrow to pay for the continuation of the site after we quit collecting membership dues.
